Fruit Soup
A refreshing chilled fruit soup blended with banana, peach, cantaloupe, honey, mint, and sour cream — wonderful as a summer first course.

- 3 cup fruit juice (orange, pineapple, apple, or your choice)
- 1 whole banana
- 0.5 tsp dried mint (or fresh equivalent)
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 1 whole peach, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
- 2 tsp honey (or to taste)
- 1 cup sour cream, plain yogurt, or buttermilk
- 0 optional cinnamon, allspice, or strawberries

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Purée until completely smooth.
