- 0.5 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 whole clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp flour
- 4 cup unsalted chicken stock
- 0.5 cup light cream
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 0.3 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
- 2 whole scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced

Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
