  • 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

    Remove outer leaves of sprouts and cut an ‘x’ into stem to speed cooking.

    Steam sprouts 15 minutes or until tender.

    Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes or until golden.

  4. 4

    Add walnuts and nutmeg and cook for 1 minute.

  5. 5

    Toss with sprouts just before serving.
