- 1 can low fat evaporated milk chilled
- 6 each tables spoons skim milk powder
- 1 cup of non fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla essence (or you can add any other flavorings,

Place in freezer for 40 minutes until well chilled and starting to jell up.

Remove from freezer and beat until creamy, thick and double in size.
