Hawaiian Sweet Bread

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 5 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp powdered milk
  • 2 tbsp instant potato flakes
  • 3 tsp yeast
  • 0.3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.3 tsp lemon extract
  • 2 each eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter or margarine

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Measure ingredients into the bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer.

    Set machine for dough.

    Place dough in a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Bake for 30 minutes.

    Crust should be golden and bread should sound hollow when thumped.
