Glazed Pearl Onions

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 16 oz package frozen small whole onions, thawed
  • 2 0.5 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley

Instructions

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until onions begin to brown on all sides, 10-12 minutes.

    Sprinkle with brown sugar and gently stir in mustard to form a smooth coating.
