Gaspaccio
A simple French-style raw blended gazpacho with cucumber, tomatoes, red pepper, garlic, olive oil, and a splash of Tabasco — served chilled.

- 1 whole cucumber, peeled and diced
- 4 whole tomatoes, diced
- 0.5 whole red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small head garlic

- 0 dash Tabasco sauce
Instructions

Peel and dice the cucumber. Dice the tomatoes and red pepper.

Combine all vegetables in a bowl with the garlic.
