English Beef Pot Pie

  • 2 lb beef round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 16 oz canned whole tomatoes

    Place steak cubes in crockpot. Combine flour, salt, and pepper; toss with steak to coat.

    Stir in carrots, potatoes, onion, and tomatoes; mix thoroughly.
