- 2 lb beef round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 16 oz canned whole tomatoes

Place steak cubes in crockpot. Combine flour, salt, and pepper; toss with steak to coat.
