Duck With Sauerkraut

  • 3 0.5 lb chicken, cut up
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 quart sauerkraut
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 jar pimento, diced
  • 1 duck
  • 0.8 tsp chili powder
  • 2 onions, quartered
  • 1/8 tsp dried red pepper
  • salt
  • 1 small jar stuffed green olives, drained
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 hours.
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup long grain rice

Instructions

    Bake duck in Dutch oven at 375 for 25 minutes.
