Duck With Sauerkraut

- 3 0.5 lb chicken, cut up
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 quart sauerkraut
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 1 jar pimento, diced
- 1 duck
- 0.8 tsp chili powder
- 2 onions, quartered
- 1/8 tsp dried red pepper
- salt
- 1 small jar stuffed green olives, drained
- 1 cup water
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 hours.
- 1 cup peas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup long grain rice

Bake duck in Dutch oven at 375 for 25 minutes.

Pour sauerkraut, water, onions, brown sugar, salt,

and pepper over duck and stir well. Simmer for 1

Mix salt, pepper, and paprika together. Season
