- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 med. onion
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 quart whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp pepper

Brown ground beef in heavy skillet. Add onion, salt and pepper, tomatoes.

Bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Cover with tight lid; cook for 10 minutes.

Chili powder may be used for seasoning if desired.
