Great Goulash
Creamy, cheesy beef and egg noodle casserole baked with sour cream, cream cheese, a double dose of cheddar and tomato sauce. Rich American goulash comfort food.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 10 oz egg noodles
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 oz small can tomato sauce
- 0 green onions to taste
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
Instructions

Brown ground beef; drain.

Cook noodles until done; drain.

Combine all ingredients well, saving half of cheddar cheese for topping.

Pour into a baking dish and top with reserved cheddar.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
