Nacho Chicken Casserole

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes
  • 12 oz canned chunk chicken
  • 1 bag tortilla chips, divided
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 0.5 lb processed cheese (like Velveeta), cubed

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix soups, Ro-Tel tomatoes, chicken, half the tortilla chips, onion, and cheese in a casserole dish.

    Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
