Japanese Lamb for Crockpot

- 2 lb lamb
- 0.3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 0.3 tsp ground ginger
- 1 0.5 cup chicken stock (optional)
