Japanese Lamb for Crockpot

  • 2 lb lamb
  • 0.3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dry sherry
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.3 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 0.5 cup chicken stock (optional)

Instructions
