  • 2 lb beef round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.3 tsp dried thyme, crushed
  • 14 0.5 oz canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

    Place steak cubes, onion, and garlic in crockpot.

    Stir in flour and mix to coat the beef cubes.

    Add salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and tomatoes. Stir well.

    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

    Stir in sour cream 30 minutes before serving.

    Serve over hot buttered egg noodles.
