Hot Peach Crumble Geezer Corn Cakes
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 can Spam 8c water
- 12 eggs, beaten 1 tbs salt
- milk
- 3 cup quick oatmeal
- oil
- 2 cup brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste 2 sticks margarine
- 12 shredded wheat biscuits 6 slices of bacon, cooked and broken up into pieces
- sliced peaches, drained
- 2 cup creamed corn
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed 6 eggs
- margarine, melted
- 1 cup flour
- chopped nuts
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs lemon juice 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 1/2 cups warm water

Heat 1in oil in large skillet. Cook potatoes and Bring water and salt to boil. Add brown sugar and

onions until potatoes are soft. Drain oil. Add eggs, margarine. When at rolling boil, add oatmeal. Cook

Combine all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls onto

Melt margarine in large skillet. Combine brown hot greased 9griddle. Serve with hot sugar syrup or

sugar, nuts, lemon juice, and cinnamon and add to hot pancake syrup.
