  • 2 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp + 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 0 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.8 tsp allspice
  • 0.5 tsp cloves

    Mix all together until well mixed.

    Store in an airtight container.

    Makes approx. 1/3 cup.

    PUMPKIN PIE SPICE 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves Mix together well.

    SEASONED SALT 1/2 cup salt 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon oregano powder 1 teaspoon sweet marjoram powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Mix all together until well mixed.

    Store in a shaker.

    Yield: 2/3 cup PICKLING SPICE 2 tablespoons mustard seed 1 tablespoon whole allspice 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
