Fruited Millet Cereal
Ingredients
- 1 cup Millet
- 3 cup Water
- 0.5 cup Raisins
- 1 Apple diced
- 2 tbsp Grated Orange Peel
- 3 tbsp Frozen - Pineapple Juice Concentrate
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 c. Carrots, chopped in small strips

1 c. Onions, coarsely chopped

2 c. Cooked long-grain brown rice

1. Mix the ginger and mustard with 1/2 c. water, and heat the mixture to

boiling in a large skillet.
