Ingredients
- 12 whole chicken breasts, boned
- 0.5 cup peanut butter
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp dried mint
- 1 package G. Washington's Golden bouillon mix
Instructions
- 1
Mix peanut butter, honey, cumin, and mint in a bowl. Microwave 30 seconds to thin for easier mixing.
- 2
Spread about 2 tsp peanut butter mixture in a thin layer over each piece of breast meat.
- 3
Place some shredded chicken meat on the breast and roll up into a packet. Tie with butcher's twine or fasten with a toothpick.
- 4
Arrange packets in layers in crockpot, being careful not to let any fall open.
- 5
Stir water into remaining peanut butter bowl. Add bouillon packet and pour over chicken packets. Add water as needed to cover by at least 1 inch.
- 6
Cook on HIGH 5–6 hours. Remove packets and let drain on a platter before serving.
