Fruit Rolls (Pin Wheel Biscuit)

- 2 cup flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup stoned raisins
- 5 teaspoons
- baking powder
- (finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Put the flour, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, egg and soft butter in a stand mixer and mix.

Roll out biscuit mixture on a floured surface to about 3mm in thickness.

Roll the dough into two 12" x 9" rectangles between sheets of parchment, about ¼" thick.

Cover with plastic and refrigerate until firm.

Starting from a long edge, roll the dough into a log.

Wrap and freeze for 10 to 15 minutes.
