- 0.5 cup cracker
- 0.5 cup stale bread
- 0.3 cup melted butter
- crumbs=4 crackers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon
- pepper
Instructions

Spoon 1/3 cup of the prepared stuffing onto each fillet.

Roll up loosely to enclose stuffing, starting at one of the short ends.

Place, seam-sides down, in greased baking dish.

Spoon remaining stuffing around roll-ups.

Spoon the stuffing across the center of a 3-quart shallow baking dish.

Arrange the fish on each side of the stuffing.
