- 0.8 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 0.3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 0.8 lb sea scallops
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 cup scallions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 count lemon, sliced for serving

In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned bread crumbs, paprika, and flour.

Add the scallops to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat.

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the scallops and let them brown nicely, stirring gently, about 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Add the chopped scallions and parsley. Cook for 3 more minutes.
