- 4 lb large fresh shrimp, unpeeled
- 0.5 cup butter
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 0.3 cup chili sauce
- 0.3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 count lemons, sliced
- 4 count cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
- 0.5 tsp hot sauce

Spread shrimp in a single layer in a shallow, aluminum foil-lined broiler pan.

Combine butter, olive oil, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon slices, garlic, Creole seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, oregano, red pepper, and hot sauce in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until butter melts.

Pour sauce over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning shrimp every 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake shrimp uncovered for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Serve with French bread, green salad, and corn on the cob.
