- 3 cup water 1 medium sized fish
- 1 fish (1 lb.)
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 2 cup coarsely grated green papaya
- 0.5 cup green onion, cut into 1/2" lengths 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 3 cup water
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 small bunch ung choi or other green leaves Clean fish and cut into pieces. Bring
