Mushroom Bread

- 1 each loaf white bread
- 0.5 each lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 each tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 each tsp. salt
- 0.5 each tsp. garlic powder
- 3 each tbsp. flour
- 0.3 cup butter
- 1 each scallion, finely chopped
- 1 each . Sauter mushrooms in butter. Add in lemon juice, heavy cream, salt, garlic powder,
- 2 each . Cook until cramy and thick.
- 3 each . Preheat oven to 425.
- 4 each . Remove mushroom mixture from stove.
- 5 each . Dip bread into mixture on both side. Place on cookie sheet and bake on each side for
- 5 each -8 minutes.
