Mushroom Bread

  • 1 each loaf white bread
  • 0.5 each lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 each tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 each tsp. salt
  • 0.5 each tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 each tbsp. flour
  • 0.3 cup butter
  • 1 each scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 each . Sauter mushrooms in butter. Add in lemon juice, heavy cream, salt, garlic powder,
  • 2 each . Cook until cramy and thick.
  • 3 each . Preheat oven to 425.
  • 4 each . Remove mushroom mixture from stove.
  • 5 each . Dip bread into mixture on both side. Place on cookie sheet and bake on each side for
  • 5 each -8 minutes.
