Fruit Squares

A healthy vegetarian recipe for Fruit Squares from God's Garden.

  • 1 1/2 c rolled oats
  • 1/2 c whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 c unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 c fruit juice
  • 1 1/2 c all fruit jam

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix dry ingredients together, then add juice.

  3. 3

    Stir just until moistened.

  4. 4

    Put slightly more than half of the crumb mixture in an oiled 5" x 7" baking dish and pat down.

    Spread fruit jam over this and top with remaining crust.

    Pat down slightly.

    Bake for 40 minutes.
