- 4 Tbs. chili powder
- 4 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp. deli-style mustard
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper

Mix very well.

When meat is half done, spoon or brush on sauce to coat well and reserve a little to brush on when meat is done.
