- 1/4 c Vinegar
- 1 c Hunts no salt tomato sauce
- 1 ts Sugar or 2 packets of equal
- 1 ts Celery seed
- 1 ts Dried onion
- 1/4 ts Liquid smoke
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 3 ds Tabasco
- 1 c Water

Combine all ingredients.

Heat to boiling, then simmer 30 minutes.

Optional: add a squeeze or two of lime juice.
