- 1 each tsp. Sugar
- 1 each tbsp. Butter
- 0.3 each tsp. Salt

Peel and slice carrots into long, thin slices.

Melt butter in medium-size frypan; add beer and carrots.

Cook slowly until tender, stirring frequently.
