  • 4 carrots, peeled and cut into thin slices

  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • red wine vinegar

  • half and half
  • 1/
  • 4 tsp marjoram
  • garlic, minced
  • 1/
  • 4 tsp cardamom
  • basil
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 0.5 tsp oregano In large pot, over medium high heat, sauté scallions

Instructions

    in margarine and olive oil. Add broth and spices.

    amount of water over low heat until tender crisp. minutes. Fluff with fork. Serve.

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain
