- 4 carrots, peeled and cut into thin slices
- broccoli florets

- tbs margarine, softened
- 1 tsp olive oil
- tbs olive oil
- 2 cup chicken broth
- red wine vinegar

- 4 tsp thyme
- parmesan cheese

- half and half
- 1/
- 4 tsp marjoram
- garlic, minced

- 4 tsp cardamom

- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 0.5 tsp oregano In large pot, over medium high heat, sauté scallions

in margarine and olive oil. Add broth and spices.

amount of water over low heat until tender crisp. minutes. Fluff with fork. Serve.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain

and place in large bowl. Add all ingredients except

veggies. Toss gently until pasta is evenly coated. TEX-MEX PASTA
