  • 2 tbs garlic powder Sauté onion, garlic, and green pepper with olive oil
  • 1 tsp pepper in large skillet. Pre heat Dutch oven. Mix meat,

  • 1 tsp tarragon oven and bring to slow boil. Stir frequently to keep

  • 1 bottle teriyaki sauce

  • Hot cooked brown rice
