Hawaiian Ham Casserole

- 0.3 cup butter, melted
- 30 oz canned chunk pineapple, drained, juice reserved
- 0.8 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- 0.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.3 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 0.3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.8 cup raisins
- 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
- 15 maraschino cherries, halved
- 4 cup cooked white rice

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large pot over medium heat, combine melted butter, reserved pineapple juice, and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.

Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Add cubed ham and simmer 5–10 minutes.

Add pineapple chunks, raisins, and cherries. Simmer 5 minutes more.

Spread cooked rice in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Stir some sauce (liquid only) into rice until moistened.

Top rice evenly with the ham mixture.

Bake 15–20 minutes until heated through and bubbly around the edges.
