Grilled Chicken and Mustard

  • 4 chicken breasts, boned
  • 2 tbsp green onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp grainy mustard
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp lemon rind, coarsely grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

    salt and pepper to taste Stir together all ingredients and coat breasts all over. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Heat grill to medium–high and grill breasts for 4 minutes. Turn and grill until chicken is throughly cooked.
