Emeril's Coffee

Emeril's signature spiked coffee — a cocoa-rimmed old-fashioned glass filled with Kahlua, Amaretto, hot coffee, and sweetened whipped cream.

  • 2 oz Kahlua
  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 2 tbsp sweetened whipped cream

Instructions

    Pour 1 oz Kahlua onto a saucer. Put cocoa powder on another saucer.

    Dip the rim of an old-fashioned glass first in the Kahlua, then in the cocoa.

    Add remaining 1 oz Kahlua and the Amaretto to the glass.

  4. 4

    Fill with hot coffee and top with sweetened whipped cream.

    Serve immediately.
