Cucumber Tuna Boats

- 3 each cucumbers
- 1 can tuna
- 2 each hard boiled eggs, diced
- 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup celery, diced
- 0.3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp salt

Cut cukes in half lengthwise, remove seeds and discard.

Cut a thin slice from bottom of cucumber if necessary so each one sits flat.

In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients.

Spoon into cucumbers.

Serve immediately.
