- 2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking
- powder
- 4 tablespoons
- butter

Preheat the oven to 400 °F.

Line a half baking sheet pan with a Silpat silicone mat or parchment paper.

Press the dough into an 8-inch disc and, with a sharp knife or bench scraper, cut into 8 wedges.

Brush the tops with a beaten egg, then carefully arrange on the hot baking tray.

Bake for 10 mins until risen and golden on the top.
