  • 1 lb Mostaccioli Noodles, cooked in salt water (may add yellow food color)
  • 2 cups Cider Vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp prepared Mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Accent
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 med Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 med Onion, chopped
  • 1 med Green Pepper, chopped

Instructions

    Cook noodles.

    Drain and rinse in cold water.

    Coat well with cooking oil.

  4. 4

    Mix spices.

  5. 5

    Add vegetables and mix with mostaccioli.

  6. 6

    Marinate at least 24 hours-48 will be even better.
