  • 0.5 each onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 each cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup champagne vinegar
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp plus 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 0.3 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 1 tsp pickling spice
  • 4 each whole garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 each ) Combine the onion and cucumber slices in a clean spring-top jar.
