  • 3 to 3.5 lbs beef short ribs
  • 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 garlic clove -- crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup bottled hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • cooked noodles
