- 3 to 3.5 lbs beef short ribs
- 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1 garlic clove -- crushed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup bottled hickory smoked barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cold water
- cooked noodles
