1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/3 C. packed flaked coconut
2/3 C. chopped macadamia nuts
2/3 C. chopped dates
2 C. flour mixed with 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. baking powder

Add 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 slightly beaten egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; mix until completely blended.
