Grilled Chicken Wings

  • 20 chicken wings (3.5-4 lbs)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 0.3 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Combine garlic, cayenne pepper, and barbecue sauce in a saucepan and bring to a quick boil. Allow to cool, then add sesame oil.

    Remove wing tips with a sharp knife. Place wings in a large zip-lock bag and add sauce mixture.

    Seal and refrigerate for about 4 hours, turning periodically to coat wings.

    Remove wings from bag and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Pour remaining marinade into a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute.

    Grill wings over medium heat, turning once with tongs. Baste with boiled marinade for approximately 15 minutes.

    Serve warm with additional dipping sauce.
