Grilled Chicken Fingers

- 3 tbsp dry white wine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 0.8 tsp dried Italian-style seasoning
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 count clove garlic, crushed
- 0.3 tsp onion powder
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 8 count boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, white wine, lemon juice, vegetable oil, Italian seasoning, ginger, garlic, onion powder, and pepper.

Add chicken strips to the bag, seal, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Thread chicken strips onto skewers.

Pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.

Grill chicken about 5 minutes per side, basting with the boiled marinade several times, until cooked through.
