- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cup corn oil, for frying
- 1 egg, beaten
- 0.3 cup water
- 0.3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 0.5 tsp salt

Cut chicken into 1×1×½-inch pieces. Pat dry.

Whisk egg and water together. Add flour, sesame seeds, and salt; stir until a smooth batter forms.

Heat corn oil in a deep fryer or deep pan to medium heat (about 350°F).

Dip chicken pieces in batter and drain off excess. Fry a few pieces at a time for about 4 minutes until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
