Garlicky Scallops

  • 1 lb sea scallops
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp black pepper
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Pat scallops dry with paper towels.

    In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Toss scallops to coat.

    Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Add scallops; cook, turning once, until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes total.
