Five Cheese Baked Ziti

  • 2 each cans crushed tomatoes
  • 2 each cans tomato sauce
  • 2 each cans tomato paste
  • 1 each onion, chopped
  • 4 each garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 each tsp. salt
  • 1 each tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 each tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 each tsp. chili powder
  • 1 each tsp. pepper
  • 2 each lbs. ziti
  • 2 each 15 oz. pkgs. of ricotta cheese, skim or whole
  • 2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cup shredded provolone
  • 2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1 each . Make sauce first. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1

    hour or until ready to use. 2.

    In large bowl combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Add in half the sauce and mix well. 3.

    When ziti is cooked drain very well and add in to sauce and cheese mixture.

    Mix well. 4.

    In 1 or 2 baking dishes pour in ziti mixture and you may want to add some sauce to the top and garnish with sauce and parsley. 5.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Let set in oven for 15 more minutes and serve. 6.

    Serve with salad and bread.
