  • 4 cups White Stock
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup farina
  • Few gratings of nutmeg
  • 2 cups scalded milk
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

    Heat stock to boiling-point, add farina, and boil fifteen minutes;
