- 4 teaspoons confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Instructions

Take 3 ounces of cream cheese and add 4 teaspoons of confectioners sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well.
