Crockpot Hungarian Goulash

- 2 lb round steaks, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 0 tsp paprika
- 0.3 tsp dried thyme, crushed
- 1 each (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions

Put steak cubes, onion, garlic in crockpot.

Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes.

Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally.

Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving, and stir in thoroughly.
