- 0.5 lb Beef liver
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup Green bell pepper,chopped
- 1 can Stewed tomatoes[8oz]
- 0.5 tsp Basil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 Pinch Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Sherry
- 1 cup Rice,hot cooked
- 1. Cut liver into serving pieces.
- 2. In skillet, brown liver quickly in oil on both sides.
