Peach Chutney

- 5 lb peaches
- 1 package golden raisins
- 3 cup brown sugar
- 2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 pint vinegar
- 4 oz preserved ginger
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cloves

Mix all together in a large kettle.

Bring to a boil.

Cook about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Pour chutney into sterile jars and seal.
