  • 2 0.3 tsp yeast
  • 1 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 3 cup bread flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 0.8 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablspoons butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.8 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tb water

Instructions

    Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water. In mixer, combine 1 cup bread flour, 1/2 cup rye flour, milk, egg, butter, Dijon mustard, onion, caraway, and sesame seeds. Add yeast mixture after proofing.
